			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<!-- sphereit start --><p>We were at the <a href="http://www.atlantis-press.com/publications/aisr/iske-07/">2007 International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Knowledge Engineering (ISKE2007) </a>in ChengDu China. We took some time off and saw the amazing Pandas for the first time!  The effort by the researchers in <a href="http://www.panda.org.cn/english/index.htm">Chengdu&#8217;s Panda research center</a> is truly remarkable. They were able to use artificial insemination techniques to multiply the pandas. Those tiny pandas are so cute!</p>
<p>Pandas are China&#8217;s National Treasure (<font face="MS Song" lang="ZH-CN">??).</font></p>
